VOD Chatter LLC (“VOD Chatter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not host or store any video or chat content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube, and all real-time chat is streamed directly from Twitch (or similar supported platforms).

We Cannot Remove or Modify Content on YouTube or Twitch

Because VOD Chatter does not host the content, we cannot remove, disable, alter, or modify videos, chat messages, thumbnails, ads, or any other content originating from YouTube, Twitch, or other platforms.

If you believe a video or chat displayed through VOD Chatter infringes your rights, you must submit a DMCA notice directly to the platform that actually hosts the material.

Submitting a Notice to VOD Chatter

If you still choose to send a DMCA notice to VOD Chatter, understand that:

we cannot remove content hosted by other platforms;
we typically acknowledge your message and direct you back to YouTube or Twitch to file your notice properly;
we are not obligated to forward your notice to those platforms;
we may take limited action only if required by law or if necessary for operational/security reasons.

What Happens When You Email Us

When you contact our DMCA email address:

you will automatically receive an acknowledgement email;
the email explains that VOD Chatter cannot process DMCA takedowns for embedded, third-party content;
you are directed to submit the report through YouTube or Twitch’s official systems.

Except where legally required, VOD Chatter does not take action on copyright claims relating to content we do not host.
